Target Practice + Dual Blade Attack Change

Created a cute little target to practice some accuracy training with Juda's throwing knives ability.

Complete with fireworks because who wouldn't want that?

Also revamped the combat system a bit with dual blades to make attacking a bit faster paced and dodging a bit easier to control.
