Well, well wonderful Rekyians. I apologize for the slight delay in posting, but a great deal has happened in the past few weeks and we at Reky Studios have a lot to be thankful for! We are currently two reviews away from getting a review score from Steam, we have greatly exceeded target goals for both purchases on Steam, and wishlists for people who are still interested in You're Not Special.

Not only that, but Reky Studio's next project is well underway and is making some great early progress in our prototypes. Well wonderful Rekyians, we did it! We launched and five days later I can say it was even more successful than I thought it would be so, naturally we are mega grateful! This was our first major launch and our first title on Steam so, all things considered, it went pretty darn well! Thank you all to those who support the game pre-launch and for those who took the leap with us to be not special at launch.

Now don't worry, we have no intention of slowing down. Reky Studios plans to put out some updates for new content involved with You're Not Special. Well well well, what a ride. After an interesting bug in the system from Steam (thanks a lot, Valve), You're Not Special is officially released on Steam and Itch.io.

Well, wonderful rekyians, it has been quite a wild ride. After about six months of development, we are only two days away from publishing our first Steam game! We thank you so much for your support and are just absolutely ecstatic to be here!

Additionally, over the past few months I have been trying (not non-stop, of course, but a good chunk of time here and there) to figure out the issues I have been having with getting steam achievements working on MacOS (PC Achievements have been working for a while). Just moments ago, I think I cracked the code! Mac users will now be able to chase the steam achievements in You're Not Special (one achievement for each ending).

Anyway, keep spreading the word and we will see you out there! Thanks for all you do!

We at Reky Studios are all so incredibly excited to say that we are only one week away from our PC and Mac launch on Steam and itch.io. What a time to be alive! Over the past two weeks I have had four people contact me asking to do an article or review of You're Not Special, which is so amazing and something I did not expect!
